Items must be returned within 12 business days of receipt. Returns must be accompanied by receipt. The following exclusions and limitations apply:

-No refunds! Exchange or store credit only. Store credit does not expire.

-Items marked discontinued, closeout, clearance, custom, or care products shampoo/conditioner, tapes/adhesives/solvents are not returnable.

-All Merchandise must be in factory condition, all tags and packaging must be attached.

​

-A 15% restocking fee will be charged to all returns/exchanges (unless merchandise is defective.)

-Shipping Charges on exchanges will apply.
